This policy explains how Flireo B.V. (VoiceDock) uses cookies and similar technologies. It covers:

What we use
On all our domains we set strictly necessary and functional cookies. The strictly necessary ones are required for signing in and for keeping you signed in; without them, the dashboard and the Trust Center document room cannot work. The one functional cookie remembers your language.
On our website voicedock.ai, and only if you accept them in the cookie banner, we
also use Google Ads cookies to measure our advertising, as described under
Advertising measurement below.

Exact cookie names contain the identifier of the underlying authentication project
and therefore differ between the dashboard and the Trust Center. Both are first
party: they are set by our own domains, and they are not shared with advertisers.
When you accept advertising cookies, Google may also set cookies on its own domains,
such as doubleclick.net, under its own policy.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics on our website to see which pages are visited and how often. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not track you across other websites. It gives us aggregated counts only, never a profile of you as an individual.
Advertising measurement
We advertise VoiceDock on Google. To see which ads lead to a call request or a sign-up, our website uses the Google Ads tag, only after you accept it. Before that, nothing from Google is loaded and no advertising cookie is set.
With your consent, Google receives the fact that you sent the contact form or clicked through to sign up, together with the ad click that brought you in. We do not use this for remarketing or personalised advertising, and we do not use Google Analytics. Google processes this data as an independent controller under its own terms. More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
This applies to voicedock.ai only. The dashboard, the documentation and this Trust
Center set no advertising cookies.
Error monitoring
We monitor application errors with Sentry, but only on our servers. The Sentry browser SDK is not loaded on any of our sites, so error monitoring sets nothing on your device and does not record your session.
What we do not use
- No advertising cookies without your consent, and none at all on the dashboard, the documentation or this Trust Center.
- No remarketing or personalised advertising.
- No session replay or heat-mapping.
- We do not sell data to third parties.
Your choice
The first time you visit voicedock.ai, a banner asks whether you accept advertising
cookies. Declining is as easy as accepting, and declining loads nothing. You can change
your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. When
you withdraw consent, we remove the Google Ads cookies from your browser. Withdrawing
does not affect measurement that already took place.
If we introduce anything else that is not strictly necessary, we will list it here and ask for your consent before it is set.
Managing cookies
You can view, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in.
